Requests for these may be made in writing, by handing in or posting to reception the tear-off slip on the right hand side of the computer generated prescription or by telephoning the repeat prescription line.  Tel no. 0141 882 7326.

Please note – we have a 48 hour turnaround for prescription requests. 

 

E-mail Prescriptions

We now have an e-mail address that you can send requests for repeat prescriptions:

Please state in your request:

Name

Date of Birth

Medication Required (Including dosage and amount)

If you are collecting or you wish the prescription to be passed to a pharmacy (please state which pharmacy)

If you wish the prescription to go to a pharmacy you must inform them that there will be a prescription ready for their collection.

The service is provided only to request repeat prescriptions.

It is not to be used to request advice or assistance on any other matter .

The information you will be sending about yourself is across the internet. This means that complete confidentiality is not possible because we cannot guarantee the security of the Internet.  We therefore cannot accept responsibility for any mishap that may result from using e-mail.

If you are not comfortable with this arrangement you may prefer to order your prescription in person, by post or our telephone prescription line.

Please allow 2 working days for your prescription to be ready.
